Ady Nicole Photography · For event producers
You put on the show.
We make it look as good as it feels.
Hard runs. Big rides. A crowd that shows up for it all. You put serious
work into your event, and your coverage should meet that standard.
ANP brings professional photo and video equipment, organized participant
galleries, and a workflow built for the pace of rodeo and equine competition.
What ANP brings to your arena
Strong coverage. A system behind it.
The right equipment is part of the job. So is getting participants to
their images and giving your team content worth putting your event’s name on.
Professional gear for demanding events.
Our Canon R5 Mark II and R6 Mark II cameras, paired with professional
24–70mm and 70–200mm f/2.8 lenses, support action photography and video
across busy event schedules. We plan camera assignments and coverage
around your entry count, arena layout, and event flow.
High-resolution photographs.
We capture high-resolution images with attention to timing, detail
and the action participants care about. Purchased photographs are
individually edited, color corrected and cropped before final delivery.
Video that makes the action hit harder.
Event video and edited reels can feature footage captured at up to
240 fps for detailed slow motion. We select the recording settings
to suit the action and available light, with 240 fps capture available
in Full HD or 2K.
Images that work for your next event.
Give your next flyer, event announcement or social post images from
the real arena. We plan a producer image selection around your
promotional priorities, with the images, delivery and permitted
promotional uses agreed on before the show.
From the arena to the gallery
Keep the excitement moving.
Participants want to see their run while the excitement is still fresh.
Our workflow is built to move images into organized galleries efficiently,
with uploads during the event when connectivity and arena conditions allow.
Powered by BIP.
We use
BIP — Bulk Image Processor,
developed by Traci Davenport and her team, to streamline image
processing and uploads. When the environment allows, participants
can browse proofs and place orders while the event is still underway.
Find the name. Find the class. Find the images.
Galleries are organized by participant name or class, based on the
event setup we establish with you beforehand. A clear structure
gives participants a smoother path to their images and purchases.
Gallery proofs are unedited previews; purchased photos are edited
before delivery.
Your event. A connected experience.
Your event’s identity carries through.
We match gallery presentation, ordering messages and image delivery
communications to your event’s theme. From the first gallery visit to
the final download, participants experience a consistent look and feel
that reinforces the partnership between your show and ANP.
Arena safety & etiquette
Respect the arena. Respect the competition.
A strong image starts with knowing where to be—and when to stay clear.
We coordinate shooting positions and arena access with your team, follow
venue rules and crew direction, and keep gates, working lanes and
competition paths clear. Equipment placement and any lighting use are
coordinated with the event team, with riders, livestock and arena
personnel in mind.
Before the gates open
Coverage planned around your show.
01 · THE EVENT
Set the coverage priorities.
We review dates, estimated entries, classes, arenas and the schedule
to establish photo and video coverage that fits the event.
02 · THE SETUP
Build the participant experience.
We confirm gallery organization, participant information, event
branding, upload conditions and arena access before competition begins.
03 · THE DELIVERY
Know what’s coming next.
We agree on producer promotional images, participant ordering,
video options and delivery expectations so your team knows
what to communicate.
ANP event readiness standards
Strong coverage starts with a prepared event.
Our real-time workflow depends on accurate event information and
consistent coordination. Events considered for ANP coverage should
be prepared to meet the following standards.
01 · ACCURATE INFORMATION
A live, maintained draw.
A shared digital draw must be available before competition and kept
current throughout the event. Accurate participant names, classes,
scratches, add-ons and run-order changes allow us to organize
galleries and upload images while the show is underway.
02 · EVENT QUALIFICATION
A strong participant base.
Sales-supported event coverage is generally reserved for shows with
at least 50 confirmed, pre-entered participants. Smaller events may
still qualify through a customized producer-funded coverage plan.
03 · ACTIVE PARTNERSHIP
One connected event team.
Producers provide one designated contact, timely schedules and
reasonable arena access while helping communicate gallery and
preorder information to participants.
When the producer’s team and Ady Nicole Photography are working from
the same information, participants receive a faster, more organized
experience—from the first run to the final gallery.
Think your event is a fit?
Put ANP in your arena.
Send your event date, location, anticipated participant count and the
coverage you need. Let’s build a plan that gives your participants
images they want and your team content that brings them back.
